A strong eyelash serum that works gently

The  Green Esthetics Longer Lash serum is  full-sized tube 5 ml and retails for $69.95, and it promises “to grow longer, thicker lashes in 4-6 weeks. To apply, you just brush it along the top of your lash line and let it dry before applying any makeup.” Apply Longer Lash once or twice daily followed by make-up application three to five minutes after.

I have personally been using Longer Lash for a month now. For the first few weeks I applied the serum to the top of my eyelash line in the morning as the first step to my makeup routine and then at bedtime. For the last two weeks I only applied the serum in the morning.

Green Esthetics states Longer Lash causes eyelashes to grow longer and thicker within 4-6 weeks by using it’s perfect blend of all natural ingredients plus polypeptides to encourage growth on a cellular level. These natural ingredients are combined with a blend of two types of effective organic peptides to encourage growth and thickness minus the harmful, synthetic chemicals that other lash treatments use.

A pro for me was being able to see the product through the clear bottle. I like to see how much product is left and how soon I have to make another major purchase because, let’s face it, lash serums are expensive! For that reason I used Longer Lash only on my lashes and not my brows.

I loved the serum! It never irritated my skin and I found it to be very gentle. In hurrying to get ready a few times I missed my eyelid and got a bit in my eye. It stung for a second or two, but didn’t even make my eye red.

Longer Lash is easy to apply and I used it as a base for eyeliner by applying a normal layer around my eyes and allowing it to dry (slightly) for a few seconds, then putting it on my regular eyeliner and shadow along the lash line. Time is precious to me in the morning! I have 50 minutes from the time my alarm goes off to get out the door for work. I loved the simplicity of application and it only took a few minutes to dry.

I am very pleased with Longer Lash and after one month of use (70% of the serum) I notice some growth and fullness during my trial period. Does it give other lash growth products a run for their money? In my opinion and results over a four-week period, it’s definitely worth a try! Longer Lash is an over-the-counter cosmetic product, not a prescription medication. I was provided a free product in exchange for an honest review. All opinions, as always, are 100% my own.
